iPowerPlay is the best tool for Circuit Trainers and Power Hour Fans alike.  Select a playlist or create a playlist on the fly and iPowerPlay will play 60 second clips of each song with an optional sound effect in between.  Using the built-in Media Overrides with Preview feature, iPowerPlay allows you to pick where a specific song should start.  Does one of your favorite songs have a ridiculously long intro?  Simply create a Media Override and the song will always start playing where the real music begins.  If a song you really want to hear comes on, press the extend button and iPowerPlay will play the entire song without clipping it.

But don't let these ideas be your limit. It can be used for any timed activity. Set it up for interval training; want to run two minutes and walk one? Easy, 3 songs at 60 seconds and make the first two upbeat to motivate you. You can also use it for children's games. Use your imagination and you'll find endless possibilities for iPowerPlay. 

iPowerPlay comes with built-in sound effects, but it also allows you to record your own.  Having a tough time motivating yourself to finish your circuit?  Record a short motivational blurb and push yourself the extra mile.  Want to have fun with your friends during Power Hour?  Create different sound effects which have your friends doing crazy things.  Maybe a certain sound effect means everyone has to drink twice! Each sound effect also has a selectable probability of playback.  This way you can control how often you hear certain sound effects.

iPowerPlay is also fully configurable.  You can adjust the clip length from 30 seconds to 120 seconds.  You can also set the default start time so every song starts from 0 seconds to 60 seconds in.
